Who we are and what we do

The Norwich City Football Club Study Centre is under new and exciting developments.

Firstly the name: the Study Centre is changing its name to the Kinesis Centre. So what does kinesis mean? Kinesis is a biological term which means the movement of cells, organisms or part due to an external stimulus. We are hoping that the centre here, where STEM and Norfolk’s Children’s University are based, will stimulate schools and students in learning and moving in a direction to achieve greatness and we wanted a new name to reflect this.

As well as the name, the Kinesis Centre is getting a makeover! We are hoping to have a vibrant new centre with lots of new learning equipment and high-quality technology. This will allow us to develop innovative and novel STEM projects and programmes, to deliver the best learning experiences possible. We have VEX IQ robotic equipment which is a programmable robot that you can design.

Alternatively if robots are not your thing, you could build, design and race an electrical kart and enter races against rival schools and school mates... or work with students to solve a mysterious outbreak!

For more information on the Kinesis Centre please take a look at our website: www.educatorsolutions.org.uk or give us a call on 01603 218757.
