Notice of Decision dated 6 October 2015, the County Council has decided to make an Order to add a Restricted Byway to the Definitive Map and Statement.

The Order has been referred to the Secretary of State who has appointed The Planning Inspectorate to determine the Order by way of a Public Inquiry on 27th September 2016.

The Planning Inspectorate modified the Order, the modification is being advertised.
The Order was confirmed on 20 January 2017 with modification by the Planning Inspectorate.
