There are three shared use access pathways two to the west of the site through the Oaklands development, the third is via the site entrance into Pigot Lane.

There are no train services in the proximity of the development. The closest rail station is located over 7km away in Norwich.
The station can be accessed in 14 minutes’ drive by car or in approximately 30 minutes via the No.40 Charcoal Line bus to the Norwich city centre followed by a short walk or transfer to the No.14 Green Line bus.
