Manor Park is a residential development of over 1,233 homes, located between Wroxham Road from the west, Salhouse Road from the east.
There are currently no bus stops within the development, the closest bus stops are located to the south-east of the site on Sale Road, Linacre Avenue and Wroxham Road. There is also a bus stop opposite to Tesco.
These bus stops are served by three bus operators: Konnect, First Buses and Sanders.
The development is conveniently located for access to the neighbourhood, circular and cross city Norwich cycle routes which can be accessed within the proximity of the site.
The Purple Outer Circuit cycle route can be accessed from Linacre Ave/Falcon Rd. The Blue cycle route, connecting Sprowston with Norwich city centre and Cringleford, can be accessed from Foxburrow Rd/Cozen Hardy Rd and the Pink cycle route, running from Heartsease through the city centre to N&N Hospital, can be accessed from Deloney Rd/Rider Haggard Rd.
No cycle parking is included as part of the development.
Norwich Rail Station is located approximately 5.2km to the south-west of the site, and is accessible by bicycle, bus, car or taxi.
The station is equipped with 158 sheltered cycle spaces with CCTV coverage. The station car parking provides space for 67 vehicles, and the Riverside multi-storey car park provides 370 spaces.
The station offers good connections to many destinations within and outside Norfolk including half hourly services to London Liverpool Street services to Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft operate Hourly, with half hourly services during peak hours in the morning and afternoon and hourly services to both Cambridge and Sheringham.
Pedestrian access points to the Phase 1 are provided in five locations, including an access to Blue Boar Lane, Tesco Supermarket, House Farm residential development (to the west) and Link Road.
