The holdall website is changing on 30 March 2017
We’re changing the holdall system so we can improve the way you top-up and use your holdall smartcard. We have good things on the way and over the coming months you’ll see some changes when you log-in.
What you need to know
Your existing smartcard is still valid for use on the bus. The new website will let you top-up your existing holdall smartcard in the same way you always have.
Some features, like your recent travel history, will take some time to migrate to the new system. All of your travel history will be migrated to your new account in the coming weeks.

Existing users logging in for the first time
The first time you log into the new holdall site, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address and reset your password. This is to protect your security and privacy and shouldn’t take very long.

New users signing up
Want to open up a holdall account? Contact our smart ticketing service provider SAM on 0300 300 0032 (local rates) and let us know what kind of tickets you’d like in your new holdall.
We’ll send it to you in the post, then you can top it up online.
