Our activities

Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service is constantly looking forward and looking to improve to make our safe county even safer and also, importantly, offer value for money.

The government requires all local authorities to collect and report a range of performance data. This enables customers to gauge how well we are delivering quality value-for-money services.

The government does not specify which performance indicators should be collected, but instead encourages local fire services to work with communities to develop the indicators.

Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service is identifying a new suite of local indicators to reflect local community priorities.
