Norfolk Libraries have free bags of sanitary products available to grab and go. If you're struggling to afford these necessities, please help yourself to a bag. There is no need to ask.

• Tricky Period To Go - 2 packs of sanitary pads (1 normal, 1 super or night)
• These are available from all Norfolk libraries and mobile libraries.

Norfolk Libraries are also providing sustainable period products. These free Grab and Go bags contain:

• Period Cups - small (suitable for 25 years and under or not given birth vaginally)
• Period cups - large (suitable for 25 years and over or given birth vaginally)
• Period pants - small
• Period pants - medium
• Period pants - large
• Washable pads - 5 x day pads
• Washable pads - 5 x night pads 

Toiletries To Go

Grab and Go bags of Toiletries are available at all Norfolk libraries and mobile libraries. Toothbrushes (for adults and children) are also available to request.

Donations

All libraries accept donations of regular and super/night sanitary pads, menstrual cups and washable pads.
