Many issues can be resolved by initially reporting or requesting, rather than raising a formal complaint.

The most common issues we receive such complaints about can be reported or requested below;

• Pothole
• Verge cutting
• Broken street furniture (bus shelters, bins, railings)
• Renewing library books
• Library computer booking
