Joint five-year plan for a healthier Norfolk and Waveney

The Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System is currently developing a Joint five-year plan for improving the health, wellbeing and care of people living locally.

The plan will set out how we will deliver:

• The local priorities in our combined Joint Health and Wellbeing and Integrated Care Strategy
• The commitments to making health services fit for the future made in the national NHS Long Term Plan

The plan is due to be published in April 2023.
