The Board's three priorities

'Everyone in Norfolk living healthy, happier lives for longer’

The Health and Wellbeing Board’s strategy has three priorities:

  • Promoting the social and emotional wellbeing of pre-school children
  • Preventing obesity
  • Making Norfolk a better place for people with dementia and their carers

Our priorities are focussed on issues where we think the maximum impact can only be achieved by working together; using practical action to bring about sustainable improvements to health and wellbeing.

Each of these priorities has a number of intentions that must be fulfilled and an action plan setting out how this will happen.

Read a summary of our strategy, or go to the health and wellbeing strategy section for more information about the three priorities and how they are measured.
