Public sector apprenticeship target information

Because we are a public body and we employ more than 250 people, we are set a target by Government to employ an average of at least 2.3% of our staff as new apprentices.  This target  runs from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2021.

We are required to report annually on our progress towards this target and have submitted our first report to the Department for Education covering the period 2017-18.  The information below is taken from our first annual return to the Department for Education detailing our progress towards meeting the Public Sector Apprenticeship Target.
