Statement of Community Involvement

The Statement of Community Involvement explains how Norfolk County Council intends to involve the community in the preparation of Minerals and Waste planning policy documents and the consideration of planning applications.

As more than five years has passed since the adoption of a Statement of Community Involvement in September 2012, a full review of the document has taken place, which included a six week public consultation period on a new draft Statement of Community Involvement during July and August 2018.

On 10 December 2018 Norfolk County Council formally adopted the current Statement of Community Involvement.
