Multiply free maths courses and activities in Norfolk
Multiply is a government programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. It is open to anyone 19-years-old or over, who does not have maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent.
National Numeracy Day
It is National Numeracy Day on 22 May 2024. Come and join activities across Norfolk with the Multiply Champions. Here is a list of what you can get involved in:

The Multiply Champions will be at the Over 50s Jobs Fair in the morning and Dereham Library in the afternoon supported by WEA.

Location: The Priory Centre, Great Yarmouth
East Coast College will be celebrating with learners who have attended courses and presenting certificates.

'Multiplay' with Multiply - hosting a morning of fun and games using numeracy.

The Multiply Champions and ACE will be delivering a Multiply taster session with refreshments.

Multiply Champions and College of West Anglia will be running a range of number based activities and the National Numeracy Challenge.

Have a go at Virtual Reality games, spin the wheel and try comparing brands to help shop on a budget with the Multiply Champions.

Levels of study and cost
All courses and activities are free. There are courses and activities for:
- Beginners
- Anyone who wants to gain confidence and maths skills. This could help you:
- Manage your money, budget and bills better
- Support your children with homework
- Improve your job prospects and work skills
- Anyone who wants a maths qualification. For example, GCSE or functional skills level 2
Ways of learning
You can learn by yourself in your own time or in a small group. You can study online, at a friendly drop-in session in your community, or in a classroom.
