Sign in if you have a norfolk.gov.uk email address

If you have an NCC email address, you're automatically registered for myOracle when you start work. Managers need to provide new starters with any Norfolk.gov.uk email address and the details to log into their myOracle account.

The manager will receive an email explaining the process and providing the details when the employee has been set up on NCC systems.

You can also access myOracle through the Start menu on your NCC device. Look out for the myOracle logo there.

Support for myOracle users

If you can access the system but are having trouble once in it, visit the guided learning within myOracle (this is the i symbol). This will support you on the page you are currently on.

Raise a ticket within myOracle via the 'myOracle help desk and support' area if either:

  • Guided learning isn't covering the content you need
  • You need tailored support to resolve an issue

You'll be able to state the nature of the ticket as you raise the request.

If you're receiving error messages within myOracle raise a technical ticket with myIT.
