Our Learner Services team can help with any questions you might have about jobs and careers or starting your own business through our impartial information, advice and guidance service. The service is open to all adult Norfolk residents.

We can give you help, advice and guide on how to progress, including:

• Support for learners
• Learner support fund and Advanced Learner loans

The advice we give is personalised, confidential and accessible. It’s provided by friendly and experienced team members. We work closely with a number of organisations, so if we can't offer the support and guidance you need, we can guide you in the right direction.
