Telephone payment line
You can now pay for school and college transport using our 24-hour automated telephone payment line.
To pay over the telephone call the customer services line on 0344 800 8020. Choose option 4 - the ‘automated payment line’ - and you will be taken through a series of simple prompts. Calls are charged at a local rate.
Payments can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
To use this service you will need:
- A touchtone telephone
- Your student reference number and the student’s date of birth
- The debit or credit card you are using to pay (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Maestro International and Visa Purchasing)
- A pen and paper to note your authorisation code
The system will give you an authorisation code after a successful payment. This is your receipt and should be quoted in any correspondence with us relating to your payment (along with your student reference number and the student’s date of birth).
Paying for a replacement pass
The payment line cannot be used for replacing lost, damaged or stolen passes. If you need to pay for a replacement you can do this on our website:
