On this map the blue lines show the corridors along which transport will operate but not necessarily the exact bus route, particularly near urban areas. You can find out the exact route by contacting Traveline (0871 200 22 33) or by visiting an operator’s website. The pink line shows the outer limit of the core route area. The black lines indicated extension to the core routes funded by the college.
- If you are receiving one of the qualifying benefits then the college will pay the contribution for you, but you must send proof of receiving benefit to Travel & Transport Services with your application.
- For 2018/19, if you do not receive any of the qualifying benefits then you will need to pay £262.50 and the college will pay the remaining £262.50 for you - for applications made from October half-term, a pro-rata amount will be required.
- For 2018/19, instalment options will be available of £87.50 per term or £43.75 per half-term. Please ensure you select a payment option on the application form. Note that if the annual or termly options are selected it is not possible to change to half termly option for the summer term.

For students living within the First Bus Great Yarmouth town zone or YarLow zone (see zone maps here)
You can apply direct to First Bus for a bus pass giving unlimited yearly use. Passes in the Great Yarmouth town zone cost £350, or for the YarLow zone, including Acle, they cost £490.
You can pay in full in advance or in 12 monthly instalments by direct debit. Go to the First website for further information or to buy.
Weekly tickets covering the same zones are £10 and £14. You can buy these on the bus from the driver.
With this option there is no financial support from the College.
If you do not qualify for assistance under the post16 travel scheme or would like greater flexibility in travel to work, training or further education, Kickstart may be able to assist with a moped loan.
