Book a session with a library volunteer to assist you with creating a Music Mirror for yourself or for a person you care for. 17:45 - 18:45

6 December 2017 17:45 - 18:45 Everyone owns the right to their own creativity so knowing what's protected in your business and what's not is essential. Intellectual Property (IP) is any original creation that can be bought or sold. If you are a business person, an inventor, an artist or an author, IP will affect you. In this session we'll focus on four key areas of intellectual property: design, patent, copyright and trademark. There will be an introduction of each area with some discussion of how to recognize your IP and how best to protect it. We will then discuss some of the difficulties faced such as concepts and methodologies, with a Q&A to finish. This session takes place in the 2nd Air Division Memorial Library on the ground floor of the Norfolk & Norwich Millennium Library. Booking is essential. See www.bipcnorfolk.eventbrite.com or call 01603 774740 for details.
