The Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library is located at the Forum in Norwich.  The Forum is home to several organisations and is a focus for a wide range of learning and cultural activities in the centre of Norwich. It houses learning organisations, cafe, restaurant and takeaway facilities, as well as the state of the art Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library.

Join us for a magical performance of Thumbelina by Norwich Puppet Theatre for children aged 2-7 years and their families Hans Christian Andersen's tale of a girl no bigger than a thumb and her encounters with a frog, mouse, mole and swallow, is played gently amongst gardening tools, leading her to ultimate happiness in the kingdom of flowers. Using traditional glove, rod and shadow puppets, this is an excellent introduction to the magic of theatre. Tickets cost £3.00, free for under fives. Local scholars from UEA's Film, Television and Media Department explore issues related to horror cinema Scholars include Filipa Antunes, Ben Pisent and Tanja Jurkovic. Dr Antunes will be presenting their new research into Rewriting the 1980s: nostalgia and the horror genre's problem with children whilst Pisnent who will be discussing Lycanthropy and the lore of the werewolf and Jurkovic will address elements of American horror cinema.
