The Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library is located at the Forum in Norwich.  The Forum is home to several organisations and is a focus for a wide range of learning and cultural activities in the centre of Norwich. It houses learning organisations, cafe, restaurant and takeaway facilities, as well as the state of the art Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library.

Register for our Open Libraries service for easy extended access to the unstaffed library outside normal opening hours using your library card and PIN.

Love music, love your Library! We'll be celebrating women in music with an eclectic mix of live performances, here at the Norfolk & Norwich Millennium Library. The day will be kicking off at midday with a stunning performance from world-class, professional harpist, Xenia Horne. Using a full size, white maple harp Xenia will perform a selection of pieces, both modern and timeless. Midday - Xenia Horne, Harpist 13:00 - Lily-Ann Reeves, Guitar & Vocals 14:00 - Elena Traina, Guitar & Vocals Performances will take place on the ground floor of the Library.
