A Music Mirror enables people to capture the sounds of their own memories by linking short written prompts of life story in their own words to recordings of sound and music. These unique personal snapshots of an identity and its soundscape make a valuable toolkit to share with family, friends and carers as comfort, to build bridges and to bring the past to life if memories fade. Book a session with a library volunteer to assist you with creating a Music Mirror for yourself or for a person you care for.
