Marriott’s Way is a 26 mile footpath, bridleway and cycle route which follows the routes of two disused railway lines, running between Aylsham and Norwich.
The route is named after the chief engineer and manager of the Midland and Great Northern Railway system William Marriott.

The Porters Lane Bridge on the Marriotts Way over the River Wensum is scheduled for refurbishment on 14th September 2019. The bridge will be shut for 6 weeks after which will be open to all users. During the closure please use the diversion signposted on the ground and available as pdf download.
