Happisburgh: Application for a modification order proposing the addition of and variation to public right of ways

To add a restricted byway to the definitive map and statement in the parish of Happisburgh. To vary an existing public right of way in the same parish.

Starts at Happisburgh Restricted Byway No.22 at grid reference TG3915 3024 and runs easterly for approximately 160 metres to grid reference TG3931 3023 at which point it turns to run in a south easterly direction for approximately 545 metres to meet the U19154 (Cart Gap Road) at grid reference TG3974 2990.

To vary the particulars of Happisburgh Restricted Byway 22 between grid references TG3915 3024 and TG3914 3034.
