Bus service operators grant

We get £1,056,189 each year from the Department for Transport (DfT) to support our bus operators. Here is how it gets spent.

In 2021/2022 we spent it towards:

• Tendered bus services to provide socially necessary journeys and access to services: £980,000
• Supporting Norwich Park & Ride: £33,809
• Real-time information: £20,000
• Thetford bus station running costs: £16,000
• Norwich bus station running costs: £9,000
• Community transport: £20,000
