Traffic lights
If you see a faulty traffic light or temporary traffic light, report it. We will investigate the problem and if it is a fault with an existing installation, we will put it right as quickly as possible.
The traffic lights at Thickthorn Interchange in Norwich are managed by Highways England.
If it is a request for an alteration to an existing signal, we have to consider how it would affect others who use the junction.
A request for a new set of traffic lights will be assessed to see whether traffic lights are the best solution to the problem. Many things will need to be considered and investigated before we can make a decision. The same applies for a request for a new pedestrian crossing.
