Reuse Shops are great places to donate your unwanted household items. You could pick up an amazing bargain too. Whether you want golf clubs, a mirror, furniture or toys, the Reuse Shops are packed full of unwanted treasures waiting for a new home.
You can visit a reuse shop at these recycling centres:
Speak to a staff member on site to donate unwanted items or to buy new ones.
You can pay with cash, credit or debit card (chip and pin and contactless).
We no longer accept cash payments for amounts over £10 - you will need to pay amounts larger than £10 with a debit or credit card.
Reuse shops based at seven main recycling centres are selling electrical goods for the first time. So if you need a new hoover, TV or DVD player now might be a great time to come have a look. All items are professionally tested before sale and prices start from just £6. Reuse shops selling electricals are Caister, Mayton Wood, Hempton, Dereham, Kings Lynn, Thetford and Ketteringham.
Norfolk County Council’s reuse shops are currently supporting the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA).
A proportion of the proceeds from reuse shops is being donated and will support the charity’s vital role in providing a helicopter emergency medical service for the people of East Anglia.
Having previously donated more than £8,000 to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust, the reuse shops have raised an incredible £9,470 for the EAAA in the first year of the new partnership, which was launched in April 2018.
Thank you for your support through donations and purchases.
