COVID-19 carers' wellbeing pack and PPE privacy notice

We use your personal information to provide you with:

  • A carers’ wellbeing pack

The information we collect and use

We may collect and use:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Post code
  • Confirmation of your carer status

Who provides this information?

We receive this information from you.

Who we share your information with?

We share your information with:

  • The Useful Gift Company, to prepare the well-being pack, package and label it for delivery;
  • Norse Ltd, to supply PPE and fulfil the delivery of the pack.

We do not give your details to third parties to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services. When we do share your personal information with third parties contracted by Norfolk County Council to provide a service to Norfolk County Council. These service providers are known as data processors and have a legal obligation under GDPR and to Norfolk County Council to look after your personal information and only use it for providing that service.

We have legal grounds under the GDPR to process this information because:

Your information will be permanently deleted after 3 months.

Your information will be stored electronically on our system.
