EU Settlement Scheme
The deadline for most people to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme was 30 June 2021.
You might still be able to apply if you are from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, and you arrived in the UK by 31 December 2020.
You might also be able to apply if:
- You're the family member of an eligible person of Northern Ireland
- You joined a close family member who was living in the UK by 31 December 2020
The deadline does not apply if you already have pre-settled status and you're applying for settled status.
