Track previously reported highways issues
We are making changes to improve the MyNorfolk account. In the meantime, from 13 May, you will not be able to see status updates on highways problems in your account. You will still receive emails updating you on the status of problems you reported before 13 May. If you report a problem after 13 May, you can provide your contact details and we will keep you up to date with progress. We're sorry for this inconvenience.
If you would like to track the status of your report you will need to create a customer account or sign in to your existing customer account before reporting.
If you have reported a highways fault while logged into your myNorfolk account, you can track it and see future updates via your myNorfolk account and by email.
If you have reported a fault without an account, you will not be able to track updates online.
