Norwich Western Link
Norfolk County Council is committed to working with the Department for Transport to try to improve travel and reduce traffic congestion on local roads and in communities to the west of Norwich.
Without intervention, the transport issues that exist to the west of Norwich are expected to get worse with planned housing and employment growth in Greater Norwich.
We're looking into what can be done to most effectively tackle these issues and prevent them from getting worse. We also want to make it easier, quicker and safer to travel through the area for all kinds of journeys and to improve local residents' quality of life.
