The management and support functions of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service are based in Building 8 of the Operational and Command Centre. This is the joint headquarters for Norfolk Police and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service. 

The Chief Fire Officer/ Director of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service and team are based here along with functions responsible for human resources, pay, fire intelligence and performance, community safety and support functions.
