Easton College

Travel may be cheaper and more flexible if you buy your pass direct from the operator.

We strongly advise that you investigate season tickets offered direct from the operator as these are likely to be cheaper and more flexible than our Norfolk County Council pass.

Most of these routes will bring you into Norwich city centre, where you can catch a bus from Castle Meadow, Norwich bus station, Norwich rail station, St Stephen's or Newmarket Road direct to the college. The college also fund some direct routes to the site.

Please see the timetable of direct routes on the Easton College website (opens new window).

If applying for a pass from Norfolk County Council, please go to our on-line application form.

The Council will only assist with travel to Easton College through our post-16 scheme if the following conditions apply:

  • If Easton College is currently named in the student's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) as the nearest establishment that can meet their needs
  • For specialist land based or animal care courses delivered at Easton College, transport support will be given to any student who qualifies under the general criteria from anywhere in Norfolk
  • If travelling on bus routes funded by Easton College

In these cases it will be down to the Council to assess the appropriate mode of transport which may involve students changing buses in Norwich City Centre to get to the College

Students too old to qualify under the Post16 travel scheme (19 years or over) can only apply for a Norfolk County Council travel pass if travel would be on one of the routes funded by Easton College.

Post16 travel scheme

You will be required to pay towards any post16 transport. For post16 payment information visit cost and payment.
