Support in safe accommodation strategy

Under Part 4 of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, all Tier 1 authorities are required to carry out a needs assessment. Based on that needs assessment, they are required to publish a relevant strategy to outline how they will commission support to victim-survivors of domestic abuse and their children within safe accommodation. Both the needs assessment and the strategy are required to be refreshed on an annual basis.
