National Highways Transport Network survey
Norfolk County Council has once again achieved excellent results in the National Highways and Transport (NHT) Public Satisfaction Survey.
Norfolk was ranked the best in the eastern region for overall satisfaction and second out of 29 county councils nationwide.
The annual survey asks our residents what they think about local highways and transport services. In the last survey (which covers 2025), 48% of people in Norfolk said they were satisfied overall - well above the national average of 40%
This marks the 7th year in a row that the county has finished either first or second overall and the results reflect continued investment across Norfolk's transport network - and most importantly, the views of the Norfolk residents who use it every day.
