We are working to reduce criminalisation of looked after young people and care leavers.

Norfolk's local multi-agency protocol has the golden thread of restorative practice running throughout. This reflects the principles and ambition set in the National Protocol on Reducing Criminalisation of Looked-After Children and Care Leavers (opens new window).

It ensures that our looked-after children and care leavers up to the age of 25 receive a consistent approach that seeks to reduce unnecessary criminalisation.
