Printing and copying
Self service printing is possible from all public PCs in all libraries. It is also possible to print from customer own devices (from anywhere) by sending the document to be printed as an attachment to an email to [email protected]. Read our privacy notice to find out how we use your information. Compatible formats for email printing are MS Word, MS Excel, pdf, jpg, gif and png.
Please note that if you want to collect a printout during an unstaffed period, you do need to be a library member with Open Library access set up on your card.

Email to Print
It is possible to send documents to be printed from your personal device.
Attach the document to be printed to a new email in your email account - the system will only accept MS Office format files, pdfs, tiff or jpgs. Send the email to [email protected].
If your document contains any colour, the printing program will default to colour printing at a higher cost. To print in black and white, please add either "BW" or "Mono" in the subject line of the email and nothing else.
You will receive a return email containing the print release code for your document. Take the code to the printer, and follow the usual printing instructions.
Please note: prints sent to the printer via email will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. Any jobs not released in that time will be automatically deleted and you will need to send the email again if the printout is still required.
