If you have been affected by a suicide, there is support and resources available to you.

• Norfolk and Waveney Mind Suicide Bereavement Service - for adults (18+) bereaved and affected by suicide in Norfolk and Waveney. The service includes Group Suicide Bereavement support for adults and young people, 1:1 support, and Suicide Bereavement Cafés. Call 0300 330 5488 and select option 1 or email [email protected]. Alternatively, you can complete a self-referral form on the website

• Support After Suicide Partnership - A network of organisations that support people who have been bereaved or affected by suicide

• First Hand - resources for anyone affected by witnessing a suicide, who did not know the person who has died. This may be because someone happened to be at a particular location or responded to these incidents while at work.
