Upon arrival at County Hall make your way to the main reception and advise that you are here for a registration appointment. The registrar will collect you from the waiting area.

Opening times

The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you may not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich and the King's Lynn Office from Monday to Friday and also the Great Yarmouth Office from Tuesday to Thursday.

Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.30pm

The office is occasionally open at other times and on other days of the week. When booking your appointment online the system will show you if any other days or times can be booked.

Parking

There is parking available onsite. Pull up the kiosk and tell the attendant you are here for a registration appointment.

Accessibility

Norwich County Hall Registration Office is on the ground floor and is fully accessible.

Marriage and civil partnership ceremonies

We hold ceremonies in the Benefactors Room at Norwich Castle. There are lots of other approved venues in the Norwich area. View the full list of approved Norfolk venues.
