Youth Advisory Boards
Youth Advisory Boards (YABs) are led by local young people called young commissioners, aged 11-19 and up to 25 with SEND. YABs bring together young people, councils, political members and other professionals working with young people such as the police, health, education and the voluntary sector.
We have 7 YABs to ensure local issues are addressed in each area, based on the feedback from young people who live locally. We have YABs in Breckland, Broadland, Great Yarmouth, North Norfolk, Norwich, South Norfolk and West Norfolk.
