How we can help
With extensive experience in managing and delivering funding programmes, our team can:
- Advise on funding opportunities - We help identify the most suitable funding sources for your project ideas, including national or international programmes
- Support bid development - We support our commissioners and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector in developing sustainable, long term funding strategies. We have experience in developing innovation funding streams including social investment and crowd funding.
- Facilitate partnerships - We foster collaboration and innovation across public, private, and voluntary sectors, which are often essential for successful bids
- Assist with compliance and delivery - We provide advice on project management, financial reporting, and compliance with funder requirements
- Act as a delivery partner - Where appropriate, Norfolk County Council can join projects as a partner, particularly where a local authority is required

Bid writing workshops
We run bid writing workshops for Norfolk County Council staff and local voluntary and community organisations. These sessions aim to improve the quality and success rate of funding applications.
