Sponsor engagement events

Multi-Academy trusts interested in running these two special schools were invited to attend engagement events in Mattishall near Dereham to learn more, including background and context, capital, funding, and operational detail information.

We had two separate events on the same day, to accommodate those academy sponsors interested in both opportunities and those who may be interested in running one of the schools. The sessions were held in the morning and afternoon of Monday 18 September 2023.

Details of these past events

Session 1 took place at Great Yarmouth School for children with cognition and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

Session 2 took place at Downham Market School for children with Communication and Interaction needs including ASD.
