Private browsing mode may help

If you are having issues, try opening your browser in an 'In Private' or 'Incognito' mode. Watch the video guidance (opens new window) if you aren't sure how to do this.

Logging out 

You may get taken to a different sign in page after you sign out from myOracle. Do not attempt to sign in via this page as this may lock your account.

If you have finished your current session close the browser tab. If you wish to sign in again go back to myOracle guidance for external customers.

You do not want to download an app for secure authentication

Click on the 'I want to set up a different method' to set up authentication sent to you by phone.

You're not comfortable with sharing the personal details requested by Microsoft Authenticator

If you have started setting up the authenticator app and decide you are not comfortable with the app approach at any stage, you can always stop and click on 'I want to set up a different method' link at the bottom of the screen.

This will allow you to authenticate by phone (text message or call) instead of using the app.
