How to make web pages accessible

Your web page might contain instructions that users need to follow. Accessible instructions must not refer to visual items on your web page. Instructions that mention visual items can be problematic for people with visual impairments. For example, to be able to follow 'apply using the green button below', you would need to be able to see colours and shapes.

A good example: 'Complete our online form to apply'.
