This means that families can sometimes receive conflicting advice about how they should care for their baby, which can lead to unnecessary stress and cause confusion about what approach is right for them. Online Training - Understanding the impact of pregnancy and baby Loss
This 1.5-hour session (split over three videos) is designed to raise awareness of the impact of pregnancy loss, explore different types of loss and their connections to health inequalities, apply trauma-informed practice to working with pregnancy loss and increase self-awareness of the impact on individual practitioners.
Due to the emotive nature of the material, we strongly advise blocking out two hours to allow time for reflection and a smooth transition back into your day.

Online Training - Birth Trauma Awareness Training
This session is 1 hour and 8 minutes. The following training covers:
- How to recognise signs of birth (perinatal) trauma
- The importance of trauma informed care
- What factors may contribute to a traumatic birth experience
The training provides a took kit for professionals to have supportive, containing, and meaningful conversations with parents and families who may be affected by perinatal trauma. It covers how to look after ourselves both inside and outside of our professional roles. PEEP: a short introduction to the Learning Together Through PEEP Programme in Norfolk
PEEP is an evidence based early intervention programme for parents of early years children. This video provides an outline of the programme including how to access the practitioner training in Norfolk.
Learning together through PEEP course
The two-day course will cover the why, what and how of the PEEP learning together programme (LTP). This will enable you to deliver it effectively to support the families that you work with. The LTP is an evidence-based programme. It helps parents and carers to support their young children's development by valuing and building on the play and learning opportunities in everyday life.

PEEP TALK training
PEEP TALK is aimed at any practitioners working with parents of young children aged 18 months to 4-years-old, who are seeking speech and language support.
This one-day training equips practitioners to:
- Expand their knowledge, skills and understanding in supporting parents with their young child's communication and language development, including those who are concerned about delayed language development
- Use the Peep TALK programme as a flexible toolkit, offering parents strategies and activities to boost their children's language and communication during everyday interactions in the home learning environment
- Deliver Peep TALK sessions with parents and children together, in one-to-one or group sessions.

Solihull Approach training
The Solihull Approach foundation training is all about supporting emotional health and wellbeing with a focus on relationships and nurturing connected, sensitive and responsive interactions. The Solihull Approach is evidence-based and is way of thinking and working with families, groups or one-to-one that transcends professions and communities. The Solihull Approach is also about understanding brain development to understand behaviour, communication and emotional health.

This training is available to the core and wider family hub workforce, who support families antenatally and/or neonatally.

This training is available to the core and wider family hub workforce, who support families from conception to two-years-old, who completed their two-day foundation training course more than 12 months ago.

Secondhand smoke: promoting smokefree homes and cars
