Recycling centre booking help
What happens when you arrive at the recycling centre
Staff at the recycling centre will check you in when you arrive. Please arrive within the 15-minute time slot you have booked.
You do not need to unload all your waste within that time, and you will not be asked to leave if you take longer than 15 minutes.
Arriving early or late
Please arrive within your 15-minute time slot.
If you arrive early we may be able to let you in, but you may need to wait until the time you booked.
If you are late we may be able to let you in, but this is not guaranteed, and you may need to book a new visit. You will not be allowed to enter any of the recycling centres or reuse shops after 4pm.
Arriving without booking
You will need to book to bring waste to any of the recycling centres, including visits on foot or by bicycle. You can book on the day and up until the time of each slot. If you do not book, you will be refused entry and will need to book a slot.
