What participation is
Participation is your human right. It states in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child under Article 12: 'All children have the right to be heard, and their views respected.'
Participation is you sharing your voice with us on what you feel works and what you think needs change.
We co-produced this video with young people to explain more about participation.
Effective participation is about ensuring that we do not simply seek people's views. We also respond to those views as part of developing and improving what we do.
