Guidance for older drivers (GOLD) form

The purpose of this form is to process an application for a GOLD session. The information collated is to ensure that the driver meets the criteria for a GOLD session and so we allocate the nearest location.

You can choose not to complete or stop responding but this will result in the Road Safety Team not being able to assist you with your GOLD enquiry.
