BOOST - Helping young people succeed
BOOST continues to support young people across West Norfolk and Breckland. The project remains active, with a further six months of UK Shared Prosperity Funding (UKSPF) support and ongoing partnership working with Borough Council of King's Lynn and Breckland District Council.
What is BOOST?
BOOST is a collaborative programme designed to help young people who may be facing barriers to accessing work, education or training. The project team of friendly people work together with Norfolk County Council, the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk and Breckland District Council. Our goal is to support young people who may be struggling to access work, education or training.
How does it work?
BOOST originally launched in King's Lynn in 2022 and has grown to support more young people across West Norfolk and Breckland. Thanks to continued support BOOST remains available to young people across West Norfolk and Breckland needing guidance, confidence-building or a personalised route forward.
Over the past four years, hundreds of young people have benefitted from one-to-one support, helping them recognise their strengths and take meaningful steps forward.
