BOOST - Helping young people succeed

BOOST is a government funded project that supports young people aged 16-30 in West Norfolk and Breckland. If you're looking to build your confidence, gain new skills, or find a job, we're here to help.

This project is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

What is BOOST?

BOOST is a team of friendly people working together with Norfolk County Council, the

Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk and Breckland District Council. Our goal is to support young people who may be struggling to access work, education or training.

How does it work?

BOOST started in King's Lynn in 2022 and expanded in 2024 to help more young people across the whole of West Norfolk and Breckland. Thanks to additional funding and support from both the Borough Council of West Norfolk and King's Lynn and Breckland District Council, we're now able to continue until March 2026.

Over the past three years, we've helped almost 800 young people, including 200 in our first year alone. We focus on those who face the biggest barriers to learning and work, helping them recognise their talents and build a better future

What we offer

  • Careers advice and guidance
