Road Safety Magic Show
The Road Safety Magic Show is for primary schools across Norfolk and is aimed at Year 3 and 4 pupils.
The entertaining, interactive production delivers key road safety messages including:
- Understanding the Green Cross Code and Highway Code
- Recognising road signs and markings
- Identifying safe places to cross the road
- Learning about bike safety
- Understanding the importance of being visible
- Understanding passenger safety, including the use of seatbelts
- Choosing their mode of transport (learning about the hierarchy of road users)
- Staying alert and focused while travelling
- Understanding the importance of emergency vehicles and how to respond to them
The Road Safety Magic Show builds on previous learning and prepares pupils to be safe and independent when out and about.
You can use the show alongside other courses to promote lifelong road safety learning.
One hundred shows available to book each year.
Cost
The Road Safety Magic Show is funded by Norfolk County Council and the Road Safety Partnership. It is free for schools.
