Do you have a great idea to bring people together, celebrate your community, or improve life in your local area?
Do you have a great idea to bring people together, celebrate your community, or improve life in your local area?
The Norfolk Community Fund backs community‑led projects that make Norfolk a better place to live.
For example:
- A creative project
- A community event
- Something that supports wellbeing or the environment
Applications are currently closed, but don't worry, the Fund will reopen in June for 2026, so please come back soon if you're planning to apply.
Over the past 12 months, we've funded some amazing local projects right across Norfolk.
If you'd like to see what's been made possible, have a look at the projects on the Crowdfunder website. You can explore what's been supported in your area and get inspired for your own application.
When the Fund reopens, eligible projects can apply for grants of between £200 to £5,000. We're especially keen to support small, grassroots ideas led by local people and voluntary groups.
Even if you don't have a project of your own, you can still be part of the change by supporting one. There's a minimum donation of £1 - every contribution helps bring a brilliant local idea one step closer to reality.
How this is different to the Parish Partnership Scheme
The Parish Partnership Scheme is focused on physical infrastructure. For example, bus shelters, footpaths, and speed signs, delivered in partnership with parish and town councils.
So, if your project is about people and community, the Norfolk Community Fund is the place to start. If it's about roads or signs, the Parish Partnership Scheme might be more appropriate.
