We want children, young people and families in Norfolk to receive support at the earliest opportunity, so that they can flourish. By acting together, we can enable families to receive the right support at the right time.

This strategy sets out our collective approach to prevention and early help in Norfolk.

This is a priority for Norfolk's Children and Young People Strategic Alliance. It is our shared ambition that Norfolk is a place where every child can flourish.
