AtoBetter Park & Ride Seasonal Bus Offer Terms and Conditions
- All households on an AtoBetter housing development that have not applied for a Park & Ride (P&R) Seasonal Bus Offer before are eligible to apply between Tuesday 9 December and Sunday 4 January.
- These are restricted to one request per household.

- Harford P&R (Simonds myTrip app) 1 × 10-ticket adult bundle

- Poswick P&R (Simonds myTrip app) 1 × 10-ticket adult bundle

- All applicants must be over 18.
- Claim of vouchers through online form only. By filling in the online form you agree that we can send you follow up surveys.
- All applicants will need to pass the eligibility criteria (confirmation of residence/e-mail address).
- The tickets for the chosen P&R are delivered through the bus operator's app.
- The tickets will be issued within 10 (ten) working days of completion of the online voucher request survey. Tickets requested after the 23rd of December might not be processed until week commencing 5th of January.
- There is no cash alternative to the tickets, and it is not transferable.
- AtoBetter reserve the right to cancel or amend the vouchers to an equivalent voucher at any time. Tickets are subject to availability.
- No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete forms.
- The promoter will not take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers - replacements cannot be issued. In the event of any dispute, Norfolk County Council's decision is final.
- By completing the online application, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
